Handmade Wreath Photo Gallery

Here is a collection of photos of all the wreaths I’ve made over the years, in the order I’ve made them.  For more DIY details on how to make your own yarn wreath, see my St. Patrick’s Day wreath post.  When I need inspiration, I browse wreath makers on Etsy and Pinterest, and see what seasonal decorations I find at my local craft store.

My first handmade yarn wreath, inspired by a similar wreath I saw on Pinterest. I completed this Spring wreath April 27, 2014.
After enjoying my Spring bird wreath during the spring and summer months, I decided I needed a fall wreath to hang on my door! I completed this owl wreath September 27, 2014.
Another Pinterest-inspired yarn wreath. Wood stars were painted white and red, white and blue yarn colors were used to make the wreath look like an American flag for the Fourth of July. I made this wreath June 7, 2015, in time for Flag Day.
This wreath was wrapped with strips of burlap instead of yarn which goes a LOT faster. The sunflowers make it a perfect wreath to display after Fourth of July through early fall. I made this wreath August 23, 2015.
The Valentine’s Day wreath I made January 30, 2016 is one of my favorites.
My St. Patrick’s Day wreath is my most recent creation, completed February 25, 2018.

Which one do you like the best?  I’m contemplating making an Easter wreath next.  I hang a wreath made of fresh greenery for December, so I haven’t been inspired to make a Christmas wreath yet.

Thank you! Soon I will have as many wreaths as garden flags! Well, not quite, ha ha.
