Welcome to Fairyville! Frolic with the fairies in Noblesville during Fairy Friday and Sprite Saturday

Nickel Plate Arts’ seventh annual Welcome to Fairyville event is underway in Noblesville, Indiana with lots of fairy fun slated for Fairy Friday (April 19, 2019) and Sprite Saturday (April 20, 2019)! Some of the activities like the Fairy Trail of tiny homes have been moved indoors, so the merriment won’t be dampened by the rainy and unseasonably cold weather. Fairyville events for Fairy Friday and Sprite Saturday are highlighted below. This is a can’t miss event for fairy fans I’ve enjoyed attending the past couple of years. See my recap of last year’s amazing fairy trail here. I am especially excited to be part of the Fairy Home Tour this year! Come out and see Gnome Décor, A Fairy Garden Store and cast your vote for your favorite fairy home by 8:00 PM Friday night! Fairy Friday

• Fairy Home Show (12:00-9:00 PM): Tour thirty tiny homes fit for the fanciest of fairies! Creative homes made using primarily natural materials are entered in this contest by both children and adults. The awards ceremony is at 8:30 PM so cast your votes now!
• Fairy Crafts at Caravan Classes (12:00-9:00 PM): Create fairy wands and wings, plant a succulent in a fairy pot you paint, or make an artful 3D fairy canvas. Photos of some of the projects are at the bottom of this post!
• Paint Your Own Pottery at Kiln Creations (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Choose from an assortment of beautiful fairy figurines and houses and paint unique piece to display in your home or garden.
• Create A Mini Fairy House at Nickel Plate Arts (12:00-9:00 PM): This popular kids’ craft returns for another year.
• Fairy Teas at Lil Bloomers and Hamilton County Artists Association
• Other kids activities including fairy ice cream treat making at Alexander’s, free face painting, fairy bath bomb dust workshop, fairy puppet shows, and more. Check the event schedules linked at the top of this post for details.

Sprite Saturday

• Fairy Booths of Artists and Vendors (10:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Paint Your Journey to Fairyville for Young Artists (11:30 AM)
• Enchanted Fairy Yoga Session at Shine Yoga, Wellness & Studio (12:00 and 2:00 PM)
• Fairy Home Show (10:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Fairy Crafts at Caravan Classes (10:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Create A Mini Fairy House at Nickel Plate Arts (10:00 AM-5:00 PM)
